- Add debug logging for REDIS_PASSWORD_FILE and REDIS_PASSWORD
- Check if REDIS_PASSWORD_FILE exists and has correct value
- Check if secret file exists and is readable
- Help diagnose why REDIS_PASSWORD_FILE is not in logs
