refactor(csrf): replace error_log with debugLog for structured logging

Replace raw error_log() calls with framework's debugLog() method for:
- Consistent structured logging with context data
- Sensitive data hashing (tokens, session IDs)
- Debug-mode awareness (only logs when debug enabled)
