feat: Complete deployment setup for code pushes

- Add pre-flight checks in deploy-update.yml
- Automatically copy docker-compose.yml and nginx config in setup-infrastructure.yml
- Add comprehensive deployment documentation
- Ready for automated code deployments via CI/CD pipeline
